33 Lone Peak Dr., #105, PO BOX 160056,Some agents sell homes. Callie Pecunies sells a lifestyle—one that includes powder days, scenic trail runs, blue-ribbon fly fishing, and the occasional moose wandering through your backyard. A lifelong skier turned Big Sky local, Callie moved from the New England slopes to Montana’s wild beauty in 2015 and never looked back (except maybe to grab her skis).
With over 30 years in the resort industry and a real estate career that began in 2005, Callie brings deep experience and even deeper local insight to every client relationship. She holds her Broker’s license in Montana and has earned both the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designations—because for her, professional growth and industry expertise are non-negotiable. She also attends continuing education courses regularly to stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Callie thrives on helping clients find properties that fit their lifestyle—whether it’s a vacation home, an income-producing rental, or a full-time mountain retreat. Her husband, Dave Pecunies, is a professional photographer and also produces videography, meaning their listings are marketed with striking visuals and a polished, high-end presentation.
Beyond Montana, Callie is a proud member of the Exceptional Agents Network (EAN)—a hand-selected group of 60+ top-performing Sotheby’s International Realty agents from across North America. This close-knit group shares strategies, market insight, and referral opportunities, giving Callie’s clients a distinct advantage no matter where their real estate journey takes them. As a Global Real Estate Advisor, she connects clients with trusted agents in destination markets around the world.
When she’s not guiding clients or prepping listings, Callie is usually outside with her two teenage boys—skiing, hiking, mountain biking, running, or fishing her way through Big Sky life. Her passion for the outdoors is matched only by her commitment to her clients, and she’s just as likely to show up with a market update as she is a new trail recommendation.
I am constantly looking for ways to stay on top of understanding the ever-changing real estate markets so I can provide my clients with valuable expertise. I hold a Broker’s license in the state of Montana, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) certification from the Residential Real Estate Council, and the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®.
