Rooted in Park City, thriving in Montana— Ava specializes in mountain living at its finest. A Park City native with a lifelong love for the outdoors, Ava brings a unique blend of energy, expertise, and authenticity to real estate. After years of competitive Alpine Ski Racing and earning a degree in Business Marketing and Strategic Communications from the University of Utah, she launched her career in Commercial Real Estate in San Francisco, managing over 30 high-profile tenants at Levi’s Plaza.

Though the city was fast-paced and full of opportunity, Ava couldn’t ignore the call of the mountains. She relocated to Montana, spending two seasons as a ski instructor at the exclusive Yellowstone Club. There, she built lasting relationships with a diverse clientele and further honed her exceptional customer service skills.

Real estate was a natural evolution—combining her background in property management, marketing strategy, and client relations. Now learning from Callie Pecunies at Sotheby’s International Realty, Ava is known for her detail-oriented approach, sharp marketing instincts, and commitment to delivering a seamless and personalized experience for every client.

When she’s not helping clients buy or sell homes, you’ll find her exploring Montana’s backcountry, enjoying coffee with friends, or planning her next adventure—usually somewhere with powder and a great view.
