2021 continued the trends seen during the second half of 2020 with low inventory, multiple offers, and a deep desire by many to own vacation homes in mountain resort areas. Many homes we sold will be used as vacation homes, but for some, they took the opportunity capitalize on the remote work trend to realize a dream of moving their family full-time to the beauty of Montana.
