Spanish Peaks Mountain Club is a private community for members that has multiple neighborhoods including ski-in/ski-out homes, golf villas, ranch lots, Montage-branded residences, and more. All owners are members of the private club which provides access to the private member clubhouse, a second clubhouse that will open in 2026, two Tom Weiskopf golf courses (an 18-hole course and a 10-hole par 3 course).
