Spring in Big Sky | May 2025

Spring in Big Sky | May 2025

Spring has sprung in Big Sky! Though our spring looks a little different than most (it has still been snowing above 6,500 ft) rainbows and wildflowers mean that we are closer to summer than we are to winter. 🌻

The real estate market has been on the quieter side in the past few months, and will remain that way until summer visitors arrive. While the median sales price, number of units sold, and price/sq ft have increased since the same time in 2024, median price and number of sales are both down YTD, and days on market is up.
Inventory still remains on the low side, and while it's not necessarily a either a buyer or a seller's market, there are opportunities out there (though they may require some digging).

I'm grateful for an inspiring few days in Washington, D.C. in early May with some of the best in the Sotheby’s International Realty network. From curated dinners and private tours of monuments and museums to brunch at the host's stunning 32-acre country estate, the entire experience was filled with connection, collaboration, and unforgettable moments.

Proud to be part of a global brand that values relationships as much as results! Nothing compares to the power of the Sotheby's brand.
