The area referred to as the Big Sky “Meadow” consists of Meadow Village, Town Center, and several areas between the “town” of Big Sky and Big Sky Resort. The Meadow Village is nestled in a charming little valley dominated by 3 major mountain ranges. It is the heart of the Big Sky community and most full time residents live here. At about 6,300 feet, the Meadow is easy breathing and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The two commercial areas are the Meadow Village Center and the Big Sky Town Center. You will find a state-of-the-art medical center and pharmacy, groceries, retail shops, restaurants, live weekly music, a farmer’s market, a rodeo, dentists, home decorators, childcare, liquor stores, boutiques, art galleries and so much more. The Meadow’s Community Park offers, among other things, tennis, multi-use sporting fields, a climbing wall, playground, picnic pavilion and skate park. Golf Big Sky Resort’s Arnold Palmer-designed public golf course under the gaze of Lone Peak. There are many hikes and walking trails throughout the Meadow Village and in winter, x-country ski the many miles of the Lone Mountain Ranch’s groomed trails. Enjoy ice skating, hockey or curling in the Big Sky Town Center. Meadow Village neighborhoods include condos, townhomes, single family residences and 20+ acre estates.
